The Installer's Code of Conduct:-
- APSI Installer will have at least three years' "on -
site" experience of Satellite installations
- APSI Installer will be a bone fide personal member of
the association
- APSI Installer will arrive promptly at the
prearranged appointment time
- APSI Installer will respect the home, property and
culture of the customer
- APSI Installer will offer written fixed price
quotations valid for at least one month
- APSI Installer will not supply APSI disapproved cable
and installation components
- APSI Installer will always adhere to local planing
regulations
- APSI Installer will position all cables and dishes as
discretely as is technically possible
- APSI Installer will clip all cables on a 'four bricks
down' and 'two bricks sideways' minimum basis
- APSI Installer will seal and damp proof all internal
to external access holes created
- APSI Installer will not leave behind any dust, bits,
mess, empty cartons or trade rubbish of any
description
- APSI Installer will complete a fully professional job
of work within the previously estimated time scale
- APSI Installer will issue a legible, detailed receipt
for the work carried out
- APSI Installer will guarantee their workmanship for a
minimum period of 12 months
